OFFI CE NOTE 13.06.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking reduction of the surety amount in the order dated 11.06.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.6542 of 2025. Heard Mr.Dunna Ambedkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Syed Yasa Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondentState. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted bail in favour of the petitioner/accused No.3 vide order dated 11.06.2025 in Criminal Petition No.6542 of 2025 directing the petitioner to execute a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Shadnagar. He further submitted that the petitioner is not having financial capacity. Unless this Court reduces the surety amount to Rs.10,000/-, he will be put to great hardship.

Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has not disputed the same.

Taking into consideration the above said submissions and also the averments made in the application, this application is ordered and modified the condition No.7(i) as follows:
