This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to act in accordance with law and not to proceed in any manner to dispossess the petitioner/demolish the structures in the lands in Sy.Nos.90 to 96, 99/1 & 2, 100/1 & 2 and 101/1, 2 & 3 admeasuring Acs.98.14 gts, Serilingampally Village, Ranga Reddy District, except by following due process of law. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for Revenue.
Learned Special Government Pleader for revenue on instructions submits that the respondents are taking action for demarcation and identification of the property in terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and that as on today, there is no threat of demolition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire action is being initiated in pursuant to directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.3253-3254 of 2016, dated 17.11.2016.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader for Revenue, this court cannot interfere with the matter and it is for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the Hon'ble Supreme Court since the Hon'ble Supreme Court is seized of the matter.
Learned Special Government Pleader for Revenue submits that as of now, there is no proposal for demolition of the structures and in case, if they initiate any proceedings, it would be after following due process of law.
In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
