OFFICE NOTE 18.06.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking to relax/modify condition No.(ii) imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6544 of 2025, dated 11.06.2025.

Heard Mr. D.Ambedkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is accused in other crimes, which are pending before the Chevella Police Station and petitioner is appearing before the Chevella Police Station regularly and requests this Court to permit the petitioner to appear before the Chevella Police Station, instead of Siddipet I Town Police Station.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that crime was registered at Siddipet I Town Police Station and the said Station House Officer has to conduct investigation. Hence, the presence of the petitioner before the Siddipet I Town Police Station is very much required.

OFFICE NOTE Taking into consideration the above said submissions made by the respective parties, this Court is not inclined to relax/modify condition No.2 (ii), however, the appearance before SHO is reduced from six(6) weeks to four (4) weeks.
