None appears for the petitioner.
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.974/A1/2008, dated 8.5.2008 as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the guidelines issued in D.O.Lr.No.1176/USP/2001, dated 28.5.2001 of the 4th respondent addressed to all the District Collectors in the State and also contrary to the selection procedure contemplated in the Reference Manual of Andhra Pradesh Urban Slum Health Care Project for selection of N.G.Os for the Urban Health Centre, against the principles of natural justice and violative of Art.
14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to take any coercive steps transfer Urban health Centre without any reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to substantiate that the services rendered by it are in conformity with the services rendered by other similarly situated Non-Governmental Organization in the State and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Initially, this Court suspended the impugned proceedings dated 8.5.2008 passed by the District Medical & health Officer, Nellore and the same was made absolute on 17.6.2011. In view of the subsequent Government orders, the cause of action in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
