THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL APPEAL No.736 OF 2016 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant/ de-facto complainant aggrieved by the judgment dated 12.01.2016 passed in S.C.No.122 of 2015 by the Assistant Sessions Judge at Avanigadda, Krishna District (for short 'the trial Court') Heard the learned counsel for the appellant/de-facto complainant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (A.P.) appearing for the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

As per the record, a fine of Rs.1,000/- (rupees one thousand only) is imposed against each of the accused Nos.1 to 6, in default directed each of them to suffer simple imprisonment for 2 months, for the offence under Section 323 I.P.C. The trial Court while dealing with the subject matter of the Appeal has taken all the facts and circumstances into account and rightly imposed the said fine. There is no infirmity. There is nothing to take a different opinion and the impugned judgment is confirmed. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Appeal shall stand closed.
