This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of C.P.C. assailing the order dated 21.04.2009 passed in I.A.No.1458 of 2008 in O.S.No.421 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

No representation on behalf of the appellants. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the above suit was disposed of on 31.12.2015.

A perusal of the office note reveals that the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 31.12.2015.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
