THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1445 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed to punish the respondent on the ground that he has addressed a letter to a third party by misrepresenting the orders dated 02.04.2015, passed by this Court in CRP.No.1178 of 2015.

The statement made by the respondent by issuing notice through his Advocate Sri K.V.Rajesh, is placed on record. Having perused the same, this Court is of the view that there is no substance of contemptuous nature in the said statement, as pleaded by the petitioner, so as to proceed against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
