No. 778 of 2O2l of PS Atmakur (S), Suryapet District The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 11.08.2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M.V.

ORDER

This application is filed by the petitioner/As seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the bail order dated 11.O8,2O21 in Crl,P,No.6154 of 2O2L with regard to his appearance before investigating authorities on every Saturday between 2:00 P,M. and 5:00 PM till completion of investigation.

Heard both sides. Perused the record, It is brought to the notice of this Court that investigation is not yet completed, In view of the above, the attendance of the petitioner/As is necessary as ordered by this Court. Hence, there are no justifiable grounds to vary the said order, Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
