Smt.D.Manga v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP.NO.13613 OF 2017 O R D E R:
Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land of 80 Square Yards in Survey No.57/1 of Mahankali Nagar, Yellammabanda, Kukatpally Mandal, Medchal District, despite pendency of her application dated 28.02.2015 for regularization in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59 Revenue (Assignment - I) Department dated 30.12.2014, the present writ petition has been filed.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in similar facts and circumstances a learned single Judge of this court in WPMP.No.33499/2015 in W.P.No.25801 of 2015 dated 21.03.2016 passed interim directions not to dispossess the petitioner therein till passing of orders on the regularization application under G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 30.12.2014. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the same. Heard Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.
Since the application of the petitioner is stated to be pending for regularization, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of
admission, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land till passing of the orders on the regularization application of the petitioner made on 28.2.2015 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 30.12.2014. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 18.04.2017 t k.
