THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10095 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner seeks enforcement of Award of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court in I.D. No.39 of 2003 dt.02.12.2013. The Industrial Tribunal is governed by the Industrial Disputes Act and is competent to enforce its Award. Petitioner has not filed any petition before Industrial Tribunal seeking enforcement of the Award and straightaway he instituted this Writ Petition.

Since the petitioner has efficacious remedy before the Industrial Tribunal for seeking enforcement of the Award of the Tribunal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and keep the Writ Petition pending.

Thus, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court (4th respondent) seeking enforcement of the Award in I.D.No.39 of 2003 dated 02.12.2013, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
