THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.2150 of 2014 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Syed Khader Mastan, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Contempt Case.

Permission is accorded and the Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
