_________ JSR, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 (Extension Petition) This application is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.291 of 2025 of Attapur Police Station, seeking extension of time to surrender before the concerned Station House Officer, pursuant to the order dated 18.06.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6576 of 2025. Heard Mr. N.Gopi Krishna, learned counsel representing Mr. Y.Soma Srinath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 and
Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is accused No.1 in the aforesaid Crime and he approached this Court by filing Crl.P.No.6576 of 2025 for grant of anticipatory bail and this Court allowed the same on 18.06.2025 and directed the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer concerned on or before 24.06.2025. Thereafter, as the crime number was wrongly mentioned in the order dated 18.06.2025, he filed I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 for correction of the crime number and for extension of time to surrender and this Court allowed the same vide order dated 24.06.2025 and extended the time to surrender till 01.07.2025.
Now, the present application has been filed seeking further extension of time to surrender stating that due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender before the Station House Officer concerned within the extended time also.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed and the time granted by this Court to the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer, Attapur Police Station, vide order dated 18.06.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.6576 of 2025, as extended vide order dated 24.06.2025 in I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025, is extended further. The petitioner/accused No.1 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Attapur Police Station, on or before 11.07.2025.
All other conditions imposed by this Court in order dated 18.06.2025 in Crl.P.No.6576 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.
