Heard Sri B. Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

In all these three writ petitions, petitioners claim that they are the Ex-servicemen and on recognition of their service, they were allotted agriculture land to an extent of Acs.4.20 guntas each in Survey No.168 of Kojjavanam Village, Nawabpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. They intend to alienate the said land. According to petitioners, the said extents of lands were allotted more than 10 years ago and therefore there is no embargo in alienating the said lands. However, the Government requires the Ex-serviceman in whose favour the land was allotted shall obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC). Accordingly, the petitioners have submitted representations, dated 20.11.2018, to the Collector, Vikarabad, requesting to issue NOCs., but so far NOCs., are not issued to the petitioners, causing hardship and suffering to them. 3.

The copies of representations made by the petitioners are filed as Ex.P1 at page No.8 in each of the writ petitions. 4.

However, having regard to the fact that the representations/applications do not give essential details as to how the petitioners claim to be assignees of lands under the Ex-servicemen quota and the documents by which such assignments were granted to them were not enclosed to the

- 3 - representations, the petitioners are directed to make fresh applications requesting the District Collector, Vikarabad District, the 2nd respondent, to issue No Objection Certificates by enclosing the copies of assignment orders and the latest entries in the revenue records. If such applications are filed, the District Collector shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such applications.
