HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 688 OF 2015 AND WRIT PETITION No.20414 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri Sri Ram, learned counsel for the respondentinstitution/college and writ petitioner in W.P.No.20414 of 2015, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition itself. He made such prayer since no students under convener quota or management quota are admitted for academic year 2015-2016. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn and as a consequence thereof, W.A.No.688 of 2015 is also disposed of. It is needless to mention that the order impugned in the writ appeal renders ineffective insofar as the respondent institution/college is concerned.
