O R D E R

Aggrieved by the award and decree dated 17.10.2007 passed by the Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunal (District Judge) Warangal in O.P.NO.1064/ 2005, the insurance company filed the appeal questioning the quantum of compensation.

The appellant - insurance company and the claimants have entered into settlement and on reference by this Court, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, made award dated 11.02.2017 in terms of the said settlement. The registry has placed the original award. The same is made part of this order. In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Lok Adalat dated 11.2.2017.

No order as to costs.
