HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.15889 of 2019 ORDER:

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 05.07.2019, in W.P.No.13685 of 2019.

In view of the same, for the reasons recorded in the orders dated 05.07.2019 in W.P.No.13685 of 2019, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Punjab v. Jagjith Singh & others1, within a period of three months thereafter. No order as to costs.
