The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent-police are not registering the report of the petitioner dated 06-07-2019 against respondents 6 and 7. Hence, the present writ petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the report of petitioner, a case in Cr.No.78 of 2019 is registered on the file of Chodarigudem Police Station on 26.07.2019.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
