HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos.32423 and 32440 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

The inaction of respondents, in disposing of the petitioner's application dated 19.07.2017, is questioned in the Writ Petitions as being illegal and arbitrary. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents would submit that, when the petitioner had raised the very same issue in W.P.No.23083 of 2015, as has been raised in these writ petitions, this Court, by order dated 31.07.2015, disposed of the writ petition directing respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of and in accordance with the order of this Court in W.P.No.23083 of 2015 dated 31.07.2015.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
