Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Commissioner of Cooperation, Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Hyderabad, Telangana, in conducting elections to Mahalaxmi Adivasi (ST) Sand Quarry LCCS Ltd., the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Co-operation, on instructions, fairly submits that elections will be conducted within a period of three months. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents / competent authority, to conduct elections to the Mahalaxmi Adivasi (ST) Sand Quarry LCCS Ltd., within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
