When the matter appeared in the list on 28.04.2016 and 14.06.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Once again, on 21.06.2016, when the matter was posted, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

Today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.

In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
