THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.CHANDRAIAH C.R.P.NO.1965 OF 2015 AND CRP(SR).NOS.11452 AND 11465 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER The dispense with petitions in CRP.MP.NO.2690/2015 IN CRP(SR).NO.11452/2015 and CRP.MP.NO.2614/2015 IN CRP(SR).NO.11465/2015 are ordered. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the revisions are filed challenging the interlocutory orders passed by the court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam in O.S.No.174/2005 and as the main suit self was dismissed, the revisions have become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
