This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not permitting the petitioners to operate the savings bank account bearing No.62094892986 of the State Bank of Hyderabad, Kadapa Main Branch, Trunk Road, Kadapa City, YSR District opened on the name of petitioner No.2 without there being any reason as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the provisions of the Banking (Regulation) Act, 1949 and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioners under Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent No.3 to permit the petitioners to operate the account bearing No.62094892986 being maintained on the name of petitioner No.2 with it....."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not pursuing the writ petition as they were permitted to operate the bank account.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
