This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 18.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14396 of 2016.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported that since the respondents have complied with the order dated 18.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14396 of 2016, the contempt case may be closed.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
