This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.31 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ramagundam Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
