Sri K.Uday Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, a charge sheet was laid against the petitioner before the competent criminal Court and aggrieved thereby, he filed a separate petition seeking quashing of the said charge sheet and secured interim stay of further proceedings pursuant thereto. He therefore states that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
