HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.40499 OF 2014 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the resumption order dated 06.11.2014 issued by the 4th respondent resuming various lands alienated in favour of the petitioners. This resumption order is challenged by the petitioners on various grounds. The matter came up for admission on 30.12.2014 and this Court had recorded an undertaking from the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana that the lands which were the subject matter of the writ petition will not be allotted or alienated in favour of the 3rd party till 22.01.2015. The matter was directed to be listed on 20.01.2015 in the motion list. Accordingly the matter is come today before me.

The learned Advocate General Sri K.Ramakrishna Reddy, for the State of Telangana fairly submits that the Government is proceeding to withdraw the proceedings dated 06.11.2014 and proposing to issue a detailed show cause notice with respect to the setting out various omissions and commissions on the part of the petitioners. In that view of the matter, learned Advocate General submits that there is no requirement of adjudication of the case on merits and he seeks the Court's indulgence to record the submission and also seeks liberty to the Government to issue fresh show cause notice and thereafter, after considering the explanation by the petitioner, the Government may pass appropriate orders.

Recording the submission of the learned Advocate General,

the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. In sequel miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
