HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37412 of 2016 ORDER:

At request of respondents, the writ petition was adjourned from 02.11.2016 to date.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines & Geology places on record the written instructions, dated 10.11.2016, which read thus:

"It is submitted that, the Lorry bearing No.AP05W5676, which was seized in the above crime, when taken to the Court of Hon'ble JFCM, Kodangal for deposit along with Form-60, it was informed to the Police that the Hon'ble Magistrate is on training till 18.11.2016. As such, the Lorry bearing No.AP05W5676 was produced before the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Bomraspet on 10.11.2016. The petitioner approached the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Bomraspet and complied the procedure for release of the lorry. Hence, the Mandal Executive Magistrate passed order for release of the Lorry. The Lorry bearing No.AP05W5676 was handed over to the petitioner on 10.11.2016 and the petitioner acknowledged receipt his lorry."

Having regard to the above instructions, the writ petition is closed as no further order is necessary.
