THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13498 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleaders for Irrigation and Revenue. When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders, on instructions, that the respondents are withdrawing the impugned notice, dated 12.04.2018, and they have been advised to proceed further by issuing show cause notice indicating the particulars. The same is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
