THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.657 of 2014 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.155 of 2011 from the file of Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam and to transfer the same to the Court of I Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam for trial and disposal along with I.P.No.8 of 2011.

2 At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

3 In the result, the Tr.CMP No.657 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
