THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.14292 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri Ch.Janardhan Reddy for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents. The petitioner challenges proceedings Ref.No.B/ 311/ 2016 dated 10-11-2016 of the 4th respondent rejecting the request of petitioner made through application No.MUO 11602912616 dated 01-11-2016 for updation of 1-B Register.

Learned counsel for petitioner, having regard to a few findings recorded by the 4th respondent, requests the Court to permit the petitioner to avail the remedies under the A.P.Rights in Land in Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and also under the Board Standing Order by filing a revision before the 2nd respondent. According to Sri Ch.Janardhan Reddy, the petitioner is required to establish the assignment and also the grant of pattadar pass book and title deeds and the comprehensive grievances can be worked out only before the 2nd respondent. After perusing the proceedings Ref.No.B/ 311/ 2016 dated 10-11-2016, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to petitioner to work out remedies available against the impugned proc eedings before the 2nd respondent within three weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

If the petitioner seeks interim order, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the prayer and pass orders within two weeks from the date of receipt of revision petition.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. ______________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 12-06-2017 Prv
