THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16762 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"......to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 5 particularly the respondent No.5 in not consideration of the petitioner seniority and qualification for the post of BCA in Meesa Seva Center of Kesavarapuram Village, Damaracharla Mandal, Nalgonda District, by appointing the unqualified candidates by not considering representation dt. 30.04.2016 particularly without undergone any training appointing the petitioner is as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and in violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the qualification and experience of the petitioner to the post of BCA in the interest of justice and to pass such other orders or order....."

2. Heard Sri M.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders for Panchayat Raj and Revenue appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 30.04.2016, to the second respondent and the same may be directed to be disposed of, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the other side.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and also on the entitlement of the petitioner, directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 30.04.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
