No.1493 of 2021 on the file of Additionat Judicial Magistrate ol First Class,, Devarkonda. In view of the above, leamed counsel lbr the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal petition u,ith a liberty to challenge the very same charge sheet itsell'. Granting liberty, as sought, the present Crirninal Petition IS dismissed as infructuous As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
