This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 27.10.2009 in I.A.No.1346 of 2009 in O.S.No.127 of 2009 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Chirala.

3. Though this appeal is posted under the caption 'Specially identified cases', neither advocate for appellant is present nor any representation is made on behalf of appellant.

4. Considering these aspects, I am of the view that appellants have no interest in prosecuting the case. 5.

For these reasons, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs.
