When the matter is called, Sri Bhanu Murthy Bala, learned counsel for petitioner/ accused, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with a liberty to move an application before Commissioner of Excise for release of the goods involved in the FIR No.94 of 2016 on the file of Police Station, Bheemini, Mancherial District. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
