HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11846 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records as per the direction of the 2nd respondent in proceedings dated 21.12.2016 in respect of the lands to an extent of Ac.1.34 cents in Survey No.583/4 and Ac.0.10 cents in Survey No.584 of Bandarlapalle village, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has not filed any documents in support of his application for mutation.

In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to make application in Form VI A along with necessary documents and on such application being submitted by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merits. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
