When the matter is taken up, proceedings.Cr.No.B2/ 133/2018/8/DCRR, dated 18.05.2018, by virtue of which the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Ranga Reddy Region ordered confiscation of the subject vehicle, are placed on record.

In view of the same, while keeping it open for the petitioner herein to assail the same before the appropriate forum of law, the Writ Petition is closed.
