ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that representation submitted by petitioner on 21.7.2008 is not disposed of.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, orders are passed on consideration of representation dated 21.7.,2008 and challenging the said decision, petitioner filed WP 16265 of 2015 and the same is pending consideration. In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition. Leaving it open to the petitioner to urge all contentions as available to him in pending writ petition No. 16265 of 2015, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
