HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2289 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. In view of the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR and as the investigation is going on, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall be carried out by the police to its logical end. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners, the Police of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Secunderabad, are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C towards petitioners/A1 to A8 during the course of investigation. Petitioners/A1 to A8 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
