O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: to declare the inaction of the respondents in application made to the second respondent by the petitioner on 08/12/2014 as illegal, arbitrary, apart from being violative of the principles of natural justice and Article 14 and 15 of the Constitution of India.

2. When the matter is called, Sri Chikkudu Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the grievance of the petitioner, vide representation dated 08/12/2014 has already been addressed by the respondents herein and the petitioners are being permitted by the respondents to work in respondents 6 and 7 schools; i.e., Zilla Parishad Secondary School, Chowtapally, Parvathgiri Mandal, Warangal district and Upper Primary School, Chowtapally, Parvathgiri Mandal, Warangal district. 3.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
