Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in trying to acquire the land of the petitioner including the house plot of an extent of 582 square yards situated in survey No.550/4 of Sabbepally Village sivar, Hazipur Mandal, Adilabad District, presently Mancherial District, for the alleged purpose of formation of link road to R&R site of Padthanpally. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner suffered the land acquisition proceedings twice and he lost valuable property. Now the present property is sought to be acquired for the said purpose. He also states that there is an alternative land for the respondents to lay the road to reach R&R site of Padthanpally.

In that connection, though he submitted a representation on 05.06.2017, he wants to supplement the same by submitting another representation.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation to the respondents 3 to 6, who shall consider the same before proceeding with the process of acquisition of land for the alleged purpose of laying a road. If the petitioner did not submit any representation earlier, it is open to the respondents to go ahead with the proposed action. If the petitioner submits a comprehensive representation within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the respondents shall not proceed with the acquisition

without considering the said representation and pass appropriate orders.
