This writ petition is filed seeking direction to respondentpolice to follow guidelines in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar (AIR 2014 SC 2756) if any complaint is lodged against him by one Smt.Y.Bala and others.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was served on the petitioner on 28-07-2019. In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner is already redressed.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
