This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2, vide proceedings in Rc.No.3087/2012/L, dated 01.10.2012, in suspending the fair price shop authorisation of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary At the hearing, Mr. Kuriti Bhaskara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 19.11.2012, in WPMP.No.45149 of 2012 is vacated and
