Having regard to efflux of time and also changed circumstances, this court is of the view that petitioner has to work out grievance, if any, subsisting as on date by filing a writ petition. Mr.N.Siva Reddy requests leave to avail appropriate remedy including representation to the appropriate authority/Government. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to petitioner to avail available remedy including representation to the appropriate authority/Government. No order as to costs.
