THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WP NO. 19058 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing respondents 2 to 5 to produce the alleged detenue B. A. Manjula, the wife of the petitioner, before this Court and set her at liberty. After arguing the case, Mr. N. Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner requested for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail appropriate legal remedies available to him in law.
