HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA ORIGINAL SIDE APPEAL No.42 OF 2007 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) This Original Side Appeal arises out of an order passed by the learned Single Judge, admitting a company petition and ordering the advertisement of the admission of the petitioner in Newspapers.

Today, it is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that after admission, the main company petition itself was dismissed for non-prosecution. Therefore, the order challenged in this appeal is no more in force. Hence, the appeal has become infructuous and, therefore, it is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
