This petition is filed, by the petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 and 2, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in PRC No.3 of 2013 on the file of the Court of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, R.R.District. The offences alleged are under Sections 323 r/ w 34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(x) of the SC, ST (POA) Act, 1989.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC ended in acquittal vide judgment, dated 26.08.2016 in S.C.No.36 of 2013.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
