Heard.

2. Petitioner claims to be the protected tenant of land to an extent of Acs.2-13 guntas in survey No.412 of Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal. Petitioner claims to have filed an application on 23.08.2018 to conduct survey of his land. The acknowledgment of submission of application is enclosed at page no.61 of the writ petition paper book.

3. That being so, without entering into the merits of the case, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to act upon the application made for conducting survey and if the claim of the petitioner to conduct survey is valid, the respondents shall follow appropriate procedure as warranted by law to conduct survey in the presence of all the persons, who are likely to be affected, by issuing advance notice to them.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
