1 A Perusal of the proceeding sheet reveals that on 07.11.2005 this Court ordered CMP No.7370 of 2005, which was filed for conversion of the CRP No.6040 of 2002 to that of a Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In spite of the directions given by this Court, the petitioners have not taken any steps for conversion of the matter. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed. ____________________ T.
