Smt.Kamala Bai, Hyderabad. v. The Prl.Secy.To Govt.Revenue (Assignment-I) Dept.Hyd.And 4
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1996 of 2007 ORDER:
Heard Ms.Aparna Lakshmi for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
After arguing the writ petition for some time and unable to rebut the assertion of respondents in paragraph 2(d) of the counter affidavit and also the proposals sent for rejection of petitioner's request for regularisation under G.O.Ms.No.1601, dated 29.08.2005 and taking note of the reference in the counter affidavit that the petitioner filed another application for regularisation under subsequent G.O., learned counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to the petitioner to work out grievances, if fresh cause of action arises, by filing fresh writ petition. The statement is placed on record.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed by granting limited liberty, referred to above. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 27-02-2018 Prv
