Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that they have succeeded to the property in a family partition to an extent of Ac.0-28 guntas in Sy.No.1831 and Ac.0-07 guntas in Sy.No.1833 of Mallampalli Village, Mulugu Mandal, Mulugu District. Petitioners filed online applications for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of e-pattadar pass books, through TSTS Ltd. The TSTS Ltd., has issued acknowledgement of receipt of applications dated 04.06.2017. Alleging inaction on the said applications, this writ petition is filed.

The copies of online application receipts issued by TSTS Ltd., are enclosed at Page Nos.19 and 20 of the writ petition paper book. 4.

In view thereof, and if the said applications are yet to be disposed of, the Tahsildar, Mulugu Mandal, Mulugu District- 4th respondent is directed to process the said applications in accordance with the provisions contained in Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act, 1971') and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, by assigning due reasons in support of the decision, within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
